Production Time

All items are made-to-order. Production begins after the order period closes (April 30, 2026) and takes approximately 6–8 weeks.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery dates vary by product and are listed on each individual product page. (Earliest: May 2026 / Latest: August 2026) After production is complete, estimated shipping time is 7–14 business days for all available shipping destinations. Actual delivery may vary depending on customs clearance and local conditions.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

All customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. Customs duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery depending on local import regulations. All applicable fees are entirely the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, returned, or disposed of due to customs issues, unpaid duties, or refusal of delivery. Please refer to the customs notice on the product page for region-specific duty-free threshold details.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to the following regions/destinations: China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of these regions will be cancelled and fully refunded without prior notice.
