Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only during the order period (April 20 – April 30, 2026, 23:59 KST). Once the period closes, production begins and cancellations are no longer accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange & Return Policy All sales are final.
We do not accept exchanges or returns as all products are made-to-order with no reserve stock available.

Order Cancellation by Seller
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded without prior notice if:

• The shipping address is outside of our available shipping regions.
